On January 27, the man tried to take his wife out of Hrabovske on a sled. The couple walked almost seven kilometers.

Then Valery sat down to rest and saw a drone.

“It hit my aunt. She was on a sled, it tore her apart. Then my uncle cried for about an hour next to her. And then they launched two more,” the man’s nephew said.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense is already working with SpaceX to address the issue of Russian drones using the Starlink satellite system, Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said. He did not provide technical details on how the problem is being addressed or a timeline for implementation.

The Kremlin has opposed holding talks between Zelenskyy and Putin anywhere other than Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“Russia is currently talking about negotiations with Zelenskyy in Moscow. Discussions about another location for negotiations are inappropriate,” Peskov stated.
