В ходе беседы с удовлетворением были отмечены визиты Ицхака Герцога в нашу страну и его встречи с главой нашего государства.
Было подчеркнуто успешное развитие азербайджано-израильских отношений в различных сферах. Отмечено наличие хороших возможностей для расширения сотрудничества в экономической, торговой, энергетической и других сферах.

Ukraine has received additional energy assistance from partners, — Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said.
🇦🇿 Azerbaijan sent energy equipment to restore power supply in regions affected by Russian attacks. The shipment includes 12 low-voltage panels, 11 generators, five transformers, and 27,000 meters of cable.
🇳🇱 The Netherlands announced an additional €23 million in energy support for Ukraine. The funds will be used to purchase gas, equipment for urgent power plant repairs, and energy equipment from Dutch companies, including generators and cables.
🇺🇦 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent three generators yesterday. By the end of the week, another 10 generators will be delivered to the most affected communities of the Kyiv region.
🇸🇰 By the end of January, Ukraine expects the arrival of energy and medical equipment from Slovakia, as well as from other countries.
“We are grateful to our partners for their support, which is warm in both the literal and figurative sense. This support proves that we are not alone. And therefore, we will defeat Russian terror,” the minister emphasized.

The strike followed a complex operation, marking the first confirmed instance of Russia deploying “Artikul-S” in the war. Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Newsom said that because of their soft stance, Europeans are becoming complicit in the seizure of Greenland:
"It's time to have principles, it's time to stand firm and confident, it's time to stand united. I can't stand this complicity... I should have gotten a bunch of knee pads for all the world leaders. I mean, handing out crowns and handing out... It's pathetic. Nobel Prizes are being handed out. It's just pathetic. And I hope people understand how pathetic they look on the world stage."

🔻 Командование сухопутных войск Тайваня с января 2026 года приняло решение переименовать бронетанковые и механизированные бригады в общевойсковые. На деле речь идёт о принципиальном пересмотре того, как именно Тайбэй собирается воевать.
Ранее структура была классической: броня — для удара, механизированная пехота — для удержания и манёвра. В условиях современной войны, особенно на ограниченном островном ТВД, такая структура не подходит и становится уязвимой. Любая задержка во взаимодействии между родами войск сегодня означает потерю темпа, а часто — и утрату инициативы.
Общевойсковая бригада — это тактическое соединение, в которой броня, пехота, артиллерия, ПВО, разведка, БЛА и элементы РЭБ сведены в единый контур управления. Такая структура позволяет оперативно и самостоятельно реагировать на изменение обстановки.
Для Тайваня это особенно важно. Островная география, плотная инфраструктура и вероятный сценарий конфликта — стремительная десантная операция НОАК с попыткой захвата ключевых узлов — требуют не линейной обороны, а мобильных, самодостаточных формирований, готовых вступить в бой в первые часы.
Важно и то, что реформа сухопутных войск проходит параллельно с другими изменениями:
• насыщением войск дальнобойными высокоточными системами — реактивными системами «Хаймарс»;
• изменением концепции обороны острова;
• внедрением беспилотников в войска.
Фактически Тайвань отказывается от концепции «удерживать территорию любой ценой» и переходит к логике срыва китайской операции: разрушить темп, нарушить управление, навязать бой на невыгодных условиях и сделать каждое продвижение чрезмерно дорогим.
🔻 По итогам реформы, по состоянию на 21 января, в общевойсковые бригады переименованы:
6 Армия
• 269-я механизированная бригада
• 542-я бронетанковая бригада
• 584-я бронетанковая бригада
10 Армия
• 586-я бронетанковая бригада
• 234-я механизированная бригада
8 Армия
• 564-я бронетанковая бригада
• 333-я механизированная бригада.

As reported by the SBU, a Russian FSB agent lured a Ukrainian military man to a "date" through a fake account of a girl on a dating site and attacked him with a knife. The soldier was hospitalized in serious condition.
The killer, a 25-year-old local man who was carrying out the FSB's orders, was detained for several hours. He faces life imprisonment.
