Dies gibt Bürgermeister Vitali Klitschko bei Telegram bekannt. Die Schließung werde am Montag beginnen und bis 1. Februar andauern. Die Behörden der Hauptstadt geben zudem bekannt, dass die Straßenbeleuchtung auf ein Fünftel gedimmt und sämtliche dekorative Beleuchtung abgeschaltet wird. Der ukrainische Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj hatte nach den Angriffen der vergangenen Tage den Energie-Notstand für die Hauptstadtregion ausgerufen. In insgesamt 6000 Wohngebäuden war bei klirrender Kälte die Heizung ausgefallen, nach Angaben von Bürgermeister Klitschko sind immer noch 100 Gebäude ohne Heizung. Die Lage bei der Stromversorgung bleibe "sehr schwierig", sagte Klitschko.
