إن الحقيقة التي لا يمكن إغفالها أو تجاهلها هي أن مزاعم الانتهاكات في الفاشر ليست ممنهجة وإن قواتنا وبدوافع ذاتية شكلت لجان تحقيق شفافة بشأن المزاعم حول وقوع انتهاكات في الفاشر وتم القبض على عدد من الأفراد الذين يشتبه في ارتكابهم جرائم بحق المدنيين وكذلك شكلت لجنة لنزع الألغام، ولجنة إنسانية، ووجهت الدعوة للمنظمات الإنسانية لتقديم الاغاثات للمواطنين، وفتحت الممرات الإنسانية لعبور المدنيين الذين لا يرغبون البقاء في المدينة بينما تركت حرية الاختيار لمن أراد البقاء.
７. إننا نستنكر سياسةَ «الكيل بمكيالين» التي تنتهجها بعض الأطراف الدولية وندعو المجتمع الدولي، والهيئات الإقليمية، والمنظمات الحقوقية إلى:
أ‌. ⁠التمسكِ بالحيادِ والاعتماد على مصادر متعددة وموثوقة قبل إصدار الأحكام أو البيانات.
ب‌. عدم الانسياق وراء ادعاءاتٍ باطلة تهدف إلى تضليل الرأي العام وتشويه الحقائق.
ت‌. التحقيقِ العاجلِ والمستقلّ في جرائم الجيش الموثقة بحق المدنيين بما في ذلك جريمة إشعال الحرب، ومعاقبةِ مرتكبيها بغضِّ النظر عن انتماءاتهم.

إن هذه المواقف المتحاملة تصوّب سهامها نحو المبادرة الرباعية وجهود الرئيس ترامب والإدارة الأمريكية في دعم عملية السلام في السودان، والتي ننظر لها بتقدير بالغ، ونؤكد استمرارنا في التعاطي الإيجابي معها بما يقود لوقف الحرب في السودان، واستتباب الأمن الإقليمي والدولي.
ختاماً، نؤكّد أن قواتَنا مستمرةٌ في مهمتِها لتفكيكِ مؤسساتِ الظلم، ومكافحةِ الإرهاب، وإكمالِ مشروعِ بناءِ السودان على أسسٍ ثابتة من العدالة والمساواة والحكم الرشيد.

Therefore, we don’t accept any attempts to make us scapegoat to cover up the Islamic army’s rejection of the truce, which has strengthened its recruitment and mobilization of civilians under the name of popular resistance, and confirmed through its so-called Foreign Affairs Minister that it doesn’t recognize the Quartet countries under the pretext of lacking a UN mandate. What punishment has he faced for that?


4. The RSF reiterates that it doesn’t receive any support from external party and the party that must be disarmed is the Islamic Movement and its army, its supporting actors, including the global “Muslim Brotherhood” and the interventions of some regional parties, especially Iran and the Houthis.
5. The party that must be held accountable is the terrorist army that used chemical weapons against innocent Sudanese civilians according to the United States testimony, and bombed innocent citizens with drones and barrel bombs, resulting in thousands of causalities not our forces. These crimes are well-documented and require independent investigation and genuine accountability.
6. The undeniable fact is that the allegations of violations in El Fasher are not systematic and our forces on their own initiative, have formed transparent investigation committees regarding alleged violations in El Fasher, A number of individuals suspected of committing crimes against civilians have been arrested, formed demining and humanitarian committees, invited relief organizations to assist citizens, opened humanitarian corridors for civilians wishing to leave the city, and ensured full freedom for those choosing to stay.

7. We denounce the double standards adopted by some international actors and call upon the international community, regional entities, and human rights organizations to:

a. Uphold neutrality and rely on multiple credible sources before issuing judgments or statements.
b. Avoid being misled by false allegations aimed at deceiving public opinion and distorting facts.
c. Conduct urgent and independent investigations into the army’s documented crimes against civilians including the crime of waging this war and prosecution against the perpetrators regardless of their affiliations.
These biased positions aim their arrows towards the Quartet’s initiative and the efforts of President Trump and the U.S. administration to support peace process in Sudan, which we highly appreciate and remain committed to engaging with constructively to end the war in Sudan and maintaining regional and international security.
In conclusion, we affirm that our forces will continue their mission to dismantle the institutions of injustice, combat terrorism, and complete the project of building a new Sudan on firm foundations of justice, equality, and good governance.

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) affirm that the war imposed on Sudan by extremist Islamist groups is not an isolated incident, but an extension of the former regime’s wars that stopped state institutions, foremost among them the so-called army, against the interests and aspirations of the Sudanese people. The RSF believes that the only path to end this war lies in a genuine peace process that addresses the roots of the crisis and rebuilds the state on new foundations.
The history of the so-called army in Sudan, particularly after the infiltration and domination of its structures by the Muslim Brotherhood, has led to brutal practices and and deep-seated racial discrimination in South Sudan, where more than two million civilians were killed, systematic genocides in the Nuba Mountains and Blue Nile, and the ongoing tragedy in Darfur since 2003, which claimed over 300,000 lives of the Sudanese people. These heinous crimes ultimately led to the issuance of international arrest warrants against its senior leaders.
The threat of the corrupt military institution and the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood movement did not stop within Sudan’s borders but extended to threaten regional and international peace and security through their alliance with extremist groups responsible for the bombings of the United States embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam, as well as the attack on the USS Cole in Aden which led to the classification of Sudan under their control as a state sponsor of terrorism. The matter is not confined to the past; it has extended into the present.
The relegalization of these facts is crucial for all those who lead or take part in political initiatives, it enables them to effectively guide efforts toward achieving a comprehensive, just, and genuine peace that will lead to stability for Sudan and its regional and international surroundings.
The Rapid Support Forces denounce all biased statements against them, which they consider unfair. These statements, in effect, reward those who reject peace and only serve to prolong the conflict. The path to peace can only be achieved through acknowledging the facts on the ground and supporting efforts toward a just and comprehensive solution.

These biased positions, based on misleading or one-sided information, are in fact directed more against the Quartet Initiative and the efforts of President Trump and the U.S. administration to advance the peace process in Sudan rather than detracting the positions and commitments of the Rapid Support Forces. The RSF has consistently engaged constructively with all initiatives aimed at ending the war in Sudan and maintaining regional and international stability. In this regard, we clearly affirm the following:
1. The practical experience witnessed throughout this war clearly demonstrate that the party truly deserves the classification and condemnation is the “Islamic Movement” and its army not our forces, which are fighting in defense of freedom, justice, and equality for the Sudanese people, and firmly reject any attempt to turn Sudan into a centre for terrorism and corruption.
2. The party that has rejected all ceasefire initiatives and refused to engage in them is the army affiliated with the terrorist Islamic Movement which rejected all international calls including the Quartet Initiative and the proposed humanitarian truce declaring its rejection publicly and without hesitation. while our forces responded in good faith, officially announcing their approval and submitting a formal response to the truce proposal on November 9, 2025. Yet, to this day, we have not received any reply from the U.S side. So, where is the other party, and where is its response?
3. The RSF recognizes the importance of the humanitarian truce not only as a step toward comprehensive peace but also to address the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the war. From the beginning, our forces have positively engaged with the international Quartet initiative out of pure national motives and deep belief in the necessity of ending the war.

A Russian Su-30SM fighter jet from the VKS was reportedly destroyed along with its crew. No further official confirmation yet, but the loss adds to mounting Russian aviation setbacks.
