Situation north of Donetsk & Lyman fronts: During the last week Russian Army began the capture of a series of positions between Dronivka & Yampil at the northern shore of Donets river. In addition, at the second locality Russian forces is trying to enter again in the central part following the withdrawal of Ukrainian army southwards.

🇺🇦‼️ Shmyhal announced the creation of air defense centers in three more regions

Air Defense Coordination Centers will be created in Chernihiv, Poltava, and Zaporizhizhia regions, modeled after the one operating in Kharkiv.

According to the Minister of Defense, this experience will be scaled up to other regions, which will allow for a prompt response to threats, coordination of actions between all forces involved in countering air attacks, and ensuring maximum protection of critical infrastructure and civilians.

Situation on Chasov Yar & Soledar fronts: During the last nine days Russian Army continued the advance along the water channel east of Novomarkove. In addition, Russian forces advanced west of the channel south of Markove.

Defense Minister Shmyhal announced the creation of air defense coordination centers in Chernihiv, Poltava, and Zaporizhzhia regions, following the successful model in Kharkiv. These centers will improve rapid response, inter-agency coordination, and protection of infrastructure and civilians during air attacks.

🫠 The USA may spend $2 billion to rename the Pentagon to the "Ministry of War"

The money will go towards replacing all signs, plaques, IDs, letterheads, as well as updating army websites and programs.

➡️ Just the new signs and documents are estimated to cost $1 billion.

➡️ The renaming law still needs to be approved by Congress, but Trump has already signed a decree allowing Minister Pete Hegseth to be called "Minister of War." The new name has already appeared on the Pentagon's websites and social media.

➡️ The White House says the renaming "reflects the department's combat mission," but does not comment on the expenses.

Situation on Shakhovskoy front: Ukrainian Army continued advancing at the western outskirts of Shakhove thus making Russian positions in this direction in danger of being encircled. Meanwhile, clashes between Ukrainian & Russian Army continued east of Volodymyrivka & Zatyshok.

Ukrainian-Russian war. Day 1358:
Situation on Mirnograd & Pokrovsk fronts: Northeast of Kotlyne, Russian army continues its advance and has taken control of a new trench system halfway between the T-04-06 and M30 highways. In Pokrovsk, while consolidation operations continue in the urban area, Russian forces continue to advance in the east, taking control of the postal center until reaching Ahrarna Street.

In the semi-encirclement, Ukrainian army has begun to show signs of weakness. In the south, combing operations are already taking place in Sukhyi Yar after the Ukrainian retreat to Myrnohrad. There, in the southern part, Ukrainian troops have retreated west of Tolbukhina Street and the Zapadny microdistrict, where Russian forces are pressing in order to cut off communication with the northern part of the city. An advance from Kohozhkine is also taking place, which could lead to the encirclement of the southern group of Ukrainian troops already under siege. In the northern part of the city, the surrender of Ukrainian soldiers has also accelerated Russian advances in the Damanskyi microdistrict, where mopping-up operations are also underway.

Additional emails released today by the House Oversight Committee suggest that in as late as 2018, Jeffrey Epstein claimed he was advising members of the Russian Government, specifically via Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin until his death in 2017, on how to “handle and understand” then President Donald J. Trump. In one email, dated June 24, 2018, Epstein can be seen attempting to schedule a face-to-face meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov regarding Trump, only around a month before Trump and Putin’s summit in Helsinki.
