🇺🇸США частично приостановили действие санкций против Сирии, предусмотренных "законом Цезаря", но ограничения по-прежнему остаются в силе в отношении сотрудничества страны с Россией и Ираном, сообщили в Управлении по контролю за иностранными активами (OFAC) Минфина США.
В документе отмечается, что приостановка исполнения "закона Цезаря" будет действовать 180 дней.

"Приостановка относится к санкционному режиму в рамках "закона Цезаря", исключением являются определенные сделки с правительствами России и Ирана, или передача и поставки товаров, технологий, программного обеспечения, средств, финансирования или услуг российского или иранского происхождения", - говорится в пресс-релизе OFAC.
В документе отмечается, что приостановка исполнения "закона Цезаря" будет действовать 180 дней.

На Великобурлукском направлении (Харьковская область) российские войска продвинулись восточнее Отрадного и продолжают малыми группами штурмовать в районе Бологовки и Отрадного в направлении Двуречанского.
На соседнем Волчанском направлении противник продолжает атаки в западной части Волчанска и в Татарском лесу.
Спикер Группировки объединённых сил Виктор Трегубов заявил, что Волчанск разрушен практически до основания, из-за чего ВСУ сложно оборудовать позиции и сдерживать наступление противника. При этом Россия активно наносит удары по городу авиабомбами.
«Это приграничный город, который держался годами, но сейчас там просто негде поставить позицию. Украинские подразделения удерживают позиции в южных частях города - там, где хоть что-то осталось, где можно обустроиться», — Виктор Трегубов.
