នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥៖ លោក ជីវ សារិទ្ធ សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ជា សឿន សាកលវិទ្យាធិការ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតីនៃកម្មវិធីបើកជាផ្លូវការនៃការប្រកួតបាល់ទាត់ពានរង្វាន់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិមានជ័យឆ្នាំ២០២៥ (NMU CUP 2025) ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់មន្រ្តីរាជការ គ្រូបង្វឹកមន្រ្តីអាជ្ញាកណ្តាល កីឡាករដែលជាសិស្ស និងនិស្សិត យុវជនស.ស.យ.ក និងនិស្សិតប្រមាណជាជាង១០០នាក់។ មានប្រសាសន៍ចូលរួមនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធី លោកសាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់និងថ្លែងអំណគុណដោយស្មោះចំពោះគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់វិទ្យាល័យដៃគូចំនួន៤រួមមាន៖ វិទ្យាល័យពន្លកខ្មែរ វិទ្យាល័យមង្គលបូរី វិទ្យាល័យកូប និងវិទ្យាល័យភ្នំធំ ដែលបានរៀបចំចាត់បញ្ជូនប្រតិភូកីឡាករចូលរួម។ បន្ថែមពីនេះទៀត លោកក៏បានថ្លែងអំណគុណដល់ស្ថាប័នឯកជនទាំងអស់ មន្រ្តីរាជការ លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ ដែលបានចូលរួមឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រដល់ក្រុមបាល់ទាត់ និងគាំទ្រដល់ដំណើរការនៃការរៀបចំការប្រកួតពានរង្វាន់នេះឡើង ដែលលោកគិតថាជាផ្នែកមួយដ៏សំខាន់ផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់យុវជនលេងកីឡា ក៏ដូចជារួមចំណែកលើកស្ទួយវិស័យកីឡា។
On the afternoon of November 23, 2025: Mr. Chiv Sarith, Vice Rector, representing His Excellency Chea Soeun, Rector, presided over the official opening ceremony of the National Meanchey University Football Cup 2025 (NMU CUP 2025), with the participation of government officials, coaches, referees, and students. Speaking at the event, the Vice Rector highly appreciated and sincerely thanked the management of the four partner schools: Ponlok Khmer High School, Mongkol Borey High School, Kop High School, and Phnom Thom High School, who arranged to send delegations of players to participate. In addition, he also expressed his gratitude to all private institutions, government officials, and teachers who participated in sponsoring the football teams and supporting the process of organizing this tournament, which he considered to be an important part of providing opportunities for young people to play sports as well as contributing to the promotion of the sports sector.
