We're thrilled to announce the GNIMB Hard Staking functionality, a groundbreaking feature offering 4% APR for a one-year Staking period, will become available on our platform this upcoming Monday, December 4, 2023!

Here's a breakdown of how GNIMB Hard Staking will work👇

1️⃣ Calculation of Future Staking Value: The system calculates the equivalent value of future Staking based on the current rate of 0.02 USDT. For instance, if a user adds 10,000 GNIMB, the system calculates it as 200 USDT.
2️⃣ Adding Assets to Staking: The system adds an amount of GNIMB tokens eq. of 200 USDT (at the rate of 64.125 USDT) to the Hard Staking. In the example, it's calculated as 200/64.125 = 3.12 GNIMB. It is worth mentioning that GNIMB Hard Staking does not imply any compression, meaning you are still getting your initially staked amount back after the locking period ends❗️
3️⃣ Locking of Remaining GNIMB: The system locks the remaining GNIMB until the end of the Staking period. Note that the rewards are not accrued for this amount. In the example, this is 10,000 - 3.12 = 9,996.88 GNIMB.
4️⃣ Accrual and Payout of Rewards: Rewards accrue throughout the Staking period and are paid in USDT tokens. Using the example, rewards are paid from the 3.12 GNIMB, resulting in a reward of 3.12 * 4% * 64.125 = 8 USDT. Note that you can withdraw rewards at any time given within the Staking period.
5️⃣ Getting Your Assets Back: At the end of the one-year Staking period, users can withdraw both the initially staked amount, i.e. 10,000 GNIMB, and their rewards, i.e. 8 USDT (if they haven't done it before).
