We're looking into a Portal loading latency issue that's causing Portals to load more slowly for some Agents. Resolving this issue will require an updated version of the Ingress app, which may take some time.

1. Some players are correctly receiving a suspension message when accessing Intel Map but not when accessing the Scanner. If you are receiving this message, the strike is correct, even if you don't see it in-app. Our team is working to make sure that your in-Scanner alerts are accurate. 2. A small number of players may have incorrectly received a suspension message when accessing Intel Map. We are working to restore this group's access to Intel Map over the next few days.
