⏺ Nick Szabo - cryptographer, creator of the BitGold protocol, the progenitor of bitcoin. His developments, in particular, gave birth to the idea of smart contracts, which was later used so successfully by Ethereum developers.

⏺Programmer Hal Finney. He communicated with the real Satoshi. By the way, it was Hal who became the first recipient of a transaction in bitcoins. The programmer passed away in 2014.

⏺Entrepreneur Craig Wright. Since 2016, he unsuccessfully tried to prove his involvement in the creation of bitcoin, for which he received the nickname pseudo-Satoshi.

Thus, the identity of the bitcoin creator is still a mystery.

⏺Have you ever heard of NFT-loans? That's an interesting theme to discuss!

NFT loans, as the name suggests, are a type of loan in the crypto space where NFTs are used as collateral.

NFT loans work similarly to crypto loans. Here's a simplified example of how an NFT loan works:

1️⃣ An NFT owner uses their NFT as collateral and requests a loan on a lending platform that supports NFT loans.

2️⃣ The platform, or other users on the platform, assess the value of the NFT.

3️⃣ Once the NFT’s value is agreed upon, the lender provides a loan to the NFT owner, typically issued in a stablecoin. The NFT is then locked in a smart contract until the loan is repaid. The smart contract generally specifies the loan’s terms, including the desired amount, duration, and interest rate.

4️⃣ Once the borrower repays the loan, the NFT will be unlocked and returned to the borrower.

🔥 Let's explain what blockchain oracles are, how they work, and what problems they solve.

A blockchain oracle is an algorithm that transfers data between a smart contract and a source outside the network on which it is deployed. Essentially, the oracle acts as an intermediary between the contract and the source of information it needs.

🔵 In order to perform certain actions - such as calculating the exact price ratio when exchanging one coin for another - they need data from external sources such as aggregator platforms and exchanges.

But smart contracts can't get information that is outside the blockchain. That's when the oracle comes to the rescue: it requests, verifies and authenticates all the readings from external sources, and then sends them to the smart contract.

Blockchain oracles are classified by the principle of operation, the sources of the data they receive, and the form of organization. Let's take a look at the most common types.

⏺ Software-based or hardware-based. In the first case, a blockchain oracle takes information from any online source and transfers it to the blockchain. In the second, it collects data using physical devices such as barcode scanners and chips.

⏺ Centralized or decentralized. A centralized oracle is controlled by a single person and is the sole provider of information for the smart contract. Decentralized, as the name implies, combines multiple oracles.

⏺ Contract-oriented. Such a blockchain oracle is used exclusively within a single smart contract.

⏺ Crosschain-compliant. This oracle is used to transfer data between different blockchains.
