工作职责：
1、全面负责公司网站的SEO，能够根据公司战略发展要求，制定全面的搜索引擎优化策略，对SEO效果负责
2、制定SEO策略，与产品、技术等部门协同工作按时保证质量完成SEO项目
3、建立内部产品SEO标准，把握SEO的方向，分析和总结竞争对手的SEO方法，并合理运用，不断提高网站的SEO效果
4、结合流量统计工具制作分析报告并提出问题，以支持网站流量不断攀升
5、管理统筹维护，指定每周每月优化建议并且汇报
任职要求：
1、具有5年以上SEO工作经验，有较好的沟通表达能力，海外市场推广经验
2、熟悉Google搜索引擎SEO优化的原理和策略，了解网络优化推广的主要模式
3、具有组织、理性分析数据的能力，擅长通过网站分析工具，分析网站存在的问题及给出合理的解决方案
4、善于根据网络趋势，合理安排和改善网站的优化及推广
5、精通白帽、黑帽与灰帽手法，对链接、内容、页面等方面有自己独特的SEO策略
6、本科以上学历（优秀者放宽）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the SEO of the company's website, able to formulate a comprehensive search engine optimization strategy according to the company's strategic development requirements, and responsible for the SEO effect
2. Formulate SEO strategies, and work with product, technology and other departments to ensure quality and complete SEO projects on time
3. Establish internal product SEO standards, grasp the direction of SEO, analyze and summarize the SEO methods of competitors, and use them reasonably to continuously improve the SEO effect of the website
4. Combining traffic statistics tools to make analysis reports and ask questions to support the continuous increase of website traffic
5. Manage overall maintenance, designate weekly and monthly optimization suggestions and report
job requirements:
1. More than 5 years of SEO work experience, good communication and expression skills, overseas marketing experience
2. Familiar with the principles and strategies of Google search engine SEO optimization, and understand the main modes of network optimization and promotion
3. Have the ability to organize and rationally analyze data, and be good at analyzing the problems existing in the website and giving reasonable solutions through website analysis tools
4. Be good at rationally arranging and improving website optimization and promotion according to network trends
5. Proficient in white hat, black hat and gray hat techniques, have their own unique SEO strategies for links, content, pages, etc.
6. Bachelor degree or above (excellent ones are relaxed)
