Drinking strong coffee doesn't actually remove your exhaustion. It mainly wakes up your brain. Your muscles are still tired, but your brain pushes your body to keep moving and working..

Personally, I've noticed that when I drink too much coffee while I'm exhausted, I end up spending hours on tiny tasks, like tweaking a single button or perfecting one page. It feels like I'm being productive, but in reality, I'm just wasting time on small details instead of making real progress.

Fun fact about React Part 1:

React was originally called "FaxJS" ... that was Jordan Walke's internal prototype name before it became React.

Walke built it at Facebook inspired by XHP, a PHP component library, and it shipped internally on Facebook's News Feed in 2011 before going open source in 2013.

The name "React" comes from the core idea: UI should react to state changes automatically, rather than you manually updating the DOM.
