Drinking strong coffee doesn't actually remove your exhaustion. It mainly wakes up your brain. Your muscles are still tired, but your brain pushes your body to keep moving and working..

Personally, I've noticed that when I drink too much coffee while I'm exhausted, I end up spending hours on tiny tasks, like tweaking a single button or perfecting one page. It feels like I'm being productive, but in reality, I'm just wasting time on small details instead of making real progress.
