Over the past four years, me and my team have put forth considerable effort to elevate NEXT.exchange to new heights. Together, we built a committed team, persevered through numerous challenges, and developed significant projects, including launching both a centralized and a decentralized exchange. Despite these accomplishments, the response from the community has not met our expectations.
I believe that the success of a project like ours hinges on a strong, engaged community. Unfortunately, we haven't seen the level of engagement needed to propel NEXT.exchange forward. This could be due to several factors, we spend a lot on marketing but not get the traction which was needed.
After much consideration, I've decided that it's time for me to step back from the project, giving it the time till bitcoin halving. In this bull market projects needs to shine, we did not. Therefore my position is open for others to apply on.
I want to express my genuine appreciation for the hard work and dedication of everyone involved over these last four years. It has been a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals. Although we haven't achieved everything we hoped, the journey itself has been invaluable.
Thank you all for your efforts and for the journey we've shared.

In recent days, I have been in discussions with several of you about the possibility of assembling a strong team for the NEXT project. Unfortunately, I do not see this coming to fruition at this time. Having developed a DEX, blockchain, swap, bridge, and soon a launchpad, I believe we have established solid foundations from which the community can take over and drive growth. This could lead to one of two outcomes: either the DEX or Launchpad will succeed and attract an increasing number of projects, or it will not achieve the desired impact. Regardless, I remain hopeful and committed to supporting the DEX's expansion through the liquidity we generate.
With the impending launch of our launchpad, I anticipate attracting new investors and projects interested in acquiring NEXT for access. At this juncture, I will be stepping back to allow the community to lead the way forward.
Moving forward, I will devote my efforts to the PayAccept project, where we have a capable team and welcoming new members. For those holding NEXT tokens and want to switch, the DEX of NEXT is offering the opportunity to exchange them at a 1:2 ratio, available until May 4, 2024. The conclusion of NEXT Smart Chain is upon us. Regrettably, many validators are departing from NEXT Smart Chain, signaling its closure. However, for those who remain committed to NEXT Smart Chain, we're facilitating a migration to NEXT Evolution. This blockchain boasts the latest updates and operates independently of community validators. Current holders need not take immediate action as we've already taken a snapshot and will be transitioning to this new blockchain in the coming weeks. The only adjustment required is to set up a new chainID; everything else will be handled by us.
