The meeting will be attended by nine families from the Sverdlovsk Region, the Republic of Crimea, the Ryazan Region, the Kaliningrad Region, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Penza Region, the Kemerovo Region — Kuzbass, the Jewish Autonomous Region, and the Zaporozhye Region.
The Order of Parental Glory is awarded to parents or guardians who are raising or have raised seven or more children, while providing an adequate level of healthcare, education, and physical, spiritual, and moral development.
The title of Mother Heroine is awarded to mothers who gave birth to and raised ten or more children. The holders of the title are presented with the Mother Heroine order to be worn as a decoration.
