The main topics for discussion will be steps taken to improve housing conditions for citizens, the renovation of municipal infrastructure and public spaces with a view to creating comfortable environment, ways to improve the quality of housing and communal services, the development of the road network, and the operation of public transport.

🔹Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev made a report on the operations of the Government Commission for providing disaster relief following the Black Sea tanker accident;
🔹Emergencies Minister Alexander Kurenkov provided updates on the situation with floods and the preparations for the fire season;
🔹Minister of Sport Mikhail Degtyarev reported on the tax deduction offered to citizens who exercise regularly, successfully pass the GTO physical fitness test, and undergo preventive medical examinations.

🔸The master plans for developing communities should envision what the city, district centre, or village in question will be like in 6 to 12 years from now and anticipate the social and economic changes, proposing relevant infrastructure projects to be implemented.
🔸Although Russia's construction sector is growing rapidly, the current trends and macroeconomic situation suggest there is a risk of a slowdown. Appropriate steps must be taken by the Government in cooperation with the Bank of Russia.
🔸Banks impose additional fees on citizens eligible for preferential mortgage loans. This issue must be dealt with, especially since the state does grant the banks funds to subsidize these loans.
🔸The private housing construction sector must receive a boost, and special attention must be paid to the issues of allotting land plots, providing necessary infrastructure, and establishing reliable procedures so that citizens could invest in building private housing.
🔸345,000 people are to relocate from dilapidated buildings to new flats by 2030, with at least 6.2 million square metres of housing no longer fit for living set for demolition.
🔸Over the past six years, more than 600 billion rubles of federal funds alone were allocated for the development of housing and utilities infrastructure. 3,655 infrastructure facilities and over 10,000 kilometres of public utilities underwent modernisation. According to some estimates, the overhaul of the housing and utilities infrastructure to be done by 2030 will require at least 4.5 trillion rubles, to be covered both by the budget and private investors.
🔸At the moment, more than half of regional-level roads and 85 percent of the road network in 105 urban agglomerations are up to regulations. The momentum that has been achieved in this area must not be lost, and any tasks must be solved efficiently and reliably.
