🔸ensuring the creation of separate federal projects focused on developing the most important state-of-the-art technologies and advanced training and retraining of qualified personnel;
🔸providing for measures aimed at achieving a higher level of training in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology both in comprehensive schools and occupational education institutions;
🔸developing a unified programme on the basis of the Russian Science Foundation aimed at attracting leading scientists and young researchers to Russia's higher education institutions and mega-grants programme scientific organisations;
🔸taking steps to bring in leading scientists and specialists (including from abroad) to take part in scientific research and development carried out in Russia, in particular projects related to the creation of unique scientific facilities (particularly mega-science installations).
