It’s currently unclear whether the issues with domestic routing right now are caused by problems on the egress route or on the ingress route, since the GFW behaviour is if the traffic cannot be inspected in time, or the rules blocked it, the packets are dropped. So my solution is we send the packet multiple times to multiple destinations, this promises we receive at least one or more server’s response.
