okay girl, i get it. you’re very empathetic, you feel things deeply, you mourn petals falling off of trees. but flowers were always meant to bloom, be held, be plucked, and to wilt. that’s natural and that’s their entire story arc. if you’re going to ache, let it be for something that actually matters. ache for a planet that’s literally burning, ache for economies collapsing, ache for lives shaped by poverty, for systems that don’t care if someone survives another day, ache for things that fucking matter. save your sadness and empathy for what isn’t supposed to fall apart but is anyway.
