Neopool is launching a large-scale upgrade and the mining pool migration to new servers and modern infrastructure. This is an important milestone that will allow to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the service.
During the migration process, users will experience:

On July 29, 2026, Neopool detected an attack on its infrastructure.
As a result of the attack, threat actors gained unauthorized access to the domain and its associated email service at neopool.com, as well as critical infrastructure facilities.
All user funds remain completely secure, and control over assets is maintained.
⚠️ Neopool strongly recommends users do not trust any messages received from email addresses at neopool.com and transfer their full hashrate to an alternative mining pool until the recovery process is completed.
📩 Neopool asks everyone to use only the official Neopool communication channel on Telegram: @neopool_support.
As more information is verified and confirmed, Neopool will provide further updates through its official channels.
