Neopool is launching a large-scale upgrade and the mining pool migration to new servers and modern infrastructure. This is an important milestone that will allow to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the service.
During the migration process, users will experience:
• disruptions in pool operations
• reduced mining performance
• unavailability of certain services
• delays in payouts and earnings processing.
⚠️ To avoid potential financial losses, we strongly ask moving your entire hashrate to a backup mining pool and use it until the official announcement of the migration success.
We understand that technical upgrades may cause temporary inconvenience, and our team is doing everything possible to complete the migration as quickly and smoothly as possible.
This is not just a move to new servers, it is the beginning of a new chapter in Neopool’s development as a next-generation mining pool.

Official statement from Neopool about the security incident
On July 29, 2026, Neopool detected an attack on its infrastructure.
As a result of the attack, threat actors gained unauthorized access to the domain and its associated email service at neopool.com, as well as critical infrastructure facilities.
All user funds remain completely secure, and control over assets is maintained.
⚠️ Neopool strongly recommends users do not trust any messages received from email addresses at neopool.com and transfer their full hashrate to an alternative mining pool until the recovery process is completed.
📩 Neopool asks everyone to use only the official Neopool communication channel on Telegram: @neopool_support.
As more information is verified and confirmed, Neopool will provide further updates through its official channels.
