I'll be releasing a post this morning about the new type of censorship we are now facing. There's two things I want to point out too:

1. Telegram is becoming increasingly important in expressing our free speech. I don't know about you but this is one of the only platforms where I share community with others. where people aren't strangers and we can discuss what is actually happening.

2. The silenced voices in other countries also use Telegram. In the post you'll see Telegram channels of the networks that got silenced. These news outlets have a substantial community following them through their channels.

Telegram gets a lot of flack, but the fact of the matter is that they are one of the key reasons our community is thriving. So I personally thank Pavel and the team there. Given the pressure coming down from the US, Germany, Apple, Google, and others - there may be a time where we'll all need to be on degoogled phones or desktops to talk to each other on here.

We need to talk about resiliency and where we can go if this platform gets limited.

HIVE, Minds, and Odysee are a few neo networks i have in mind. I don't know the answer to this question but just wanted to start a conversation.

The "Protectors of Free Speech" Silently Seize Domains of Iranian, Yemeni, & Palestinian News Networks

Without warning this Tuesday, dozens of Iranian news channels were taken 'offline' through a joint law enforcement effort lead by the FBI. PressTV, an English broadcasting Iranian network had its .com domain seized, along with an estimated 30+ additional news outlets in the country. The Arabic language Al-Alam news network, Yemen's Al-Masirah TV Channel, and Bahrain's Lualua network were also targeted. All of these networks have been critical of US foreign policy and Israel in the past.

Mick Wallace, an independent Irish member of the European Parliament (MEP) said the United States has a "very selective view towards the freedom of speech and democracy" while accusing other countries of violating such an inalienable right, adding that, "The American regime does not really tolerate dissent and tries to silence it."

This is an alarming use of domain seizures, which were previously used against counterfeiters are now being used without warning to dissenting foreign voices on a large scale. The US had no official statement, but many outlets such as CNN & The Jerusalem have reported info from an anonymous informant that the sites involved were involved with 'misinformation'.

And it's not the first instance of censorship that PressTV has faced, being banned from British television and Youtube as well.

As political analysts, diplomats, and PressTV themselves have noted - why wasn't the US able to openly counter the 'misinformation' with facts & evidence before turning immediately to censorship?

Asa Wistanley of the Electronic Intifada (they cover the Israeli-Palestinian conflict) noted:

“Increasingly, the internet is actually used to curb free speech and free expression,”

“Israeli army censors are being recruited by Silicon Valley corporations, like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and others. They are increasingly putting their point of view across, and Palestinian voices are being more and more purged from social media.”

"Palestinians are among the top victims of censorship in the world as the Israeli regime tries to control the narrative amid aggression on the Muslims there. “The reality of Palestinian existence, and the crimes of the Israeli occupation forces against them are increasingly being censored from social media and the internet.”

What happens if this censorship campaign succeeds?

Then they've proven that they can erase a people and their struggle as it happens in real-time.

Who is next? What happens when this censorship extends to those who protest lockdowns and vaccinations?

Although we face massive opposition, as of now, the net is un-censorable. Verisign is the authoritative domain registry that stole the domains from these sites and gave possession to the US Joint Shhh Force.

PressTV and others have simply pointed new domains to their sites.

For me, this re-validates the importance of using and promoting censorship resistant domains in other jurisdictions, alternate DNS system, blockchain based DNS, and decentralized web solutions like IPFS. These are all solutions that will be written about, in an educational guide format on our latest project: Take Back Our Tech. Sign up there for our newsletter.

Lastly, I wanted to make sure we support these censored sites - they were censored for a reason, so I dug around and found the alternative sites / channels for them. Something big may happen soon that we want their perspective on.

Don't put phones near your face - or in your pockets. Use wired headsets or put phones on speaker away from you. Turn off Wifi / Bluetooth / Mobile data when you're not using them. Look for EMF protective bags & clothing.

NTP (National Toxicology Program) conducted two-year toxicology studies in rats and mice to help clarify potential health hazards, including cancer risk, from exposure to RFR like that used in 2G and 3G cell phones which operate within a range of frequencies from about 700–2700 megahertz (MHz). These were published as Technical Reports in November 2018.

NTP uses a standard scale (graphic of NTP’s Level of Evidence Rating System for Cancer Studies) to determine the strength of the evidence for an association between the exposure and findings in the tissues or organs studied. The scale ranges from the highest rating of “clear evidence,” followed by “some evidence,” then “equivocal evidence,” and finally “no evidence.” Different organs or tissues can have different conclusions.

The NTP studies found that high exposure to RFR (900 MHz) used by cell phones was associated with:

- Clear evidence of an association with tumors in the hearts of male rats. The tumors were malignant schwannomas.
- Some evidence of an association with tumors in the brains of male rats. The tumors were malignant gliomas.
- Some evidence of an association with tumors in the adrenal glands of male rats. The tumors were benign, malignant, or complex combined pheochromocytoma.

As a follow-up, NTP published an article in October 2019 that evaluated DNA damage in three regions of the brain, the liver, and in blood cells in rats and mice that were removed at an earlier timepoint from the ongoing 2-year toxicology study. DNA damage, if not repaired, can potentially lead to tumors. This work was also included in NTP’s published Technical Reports, but this study includes analyses of the data in the supporting information not included in the Technical Reports.

NTP scientists found that RFR exposure was associated with an increase in DNA damage. Specifically, they found RFR exposure was linked with significant increases in DNA damage in:

- the frontal cortex of the brain in male mice
- the blood cells of female mice
- the hippocampus of male rats.

Not Fully Convinced The Killswitch Was a Document Dump

The smart contract for the "Epstein" smart contract that is being reported as a kill-switch has been shared. I'm not seeing much information that can be gleamed from the transactions and the code for the smart contract, but maybe you will have a better time than I.

*"Banco de México, SHCP and CNBV warn about risks of using virtual assets. *Virtual assets do not constitute legal tender in Mexico nor are they currencies under the current legal framework. The financial authorities reiterate the warnings issued in 2014, 2017 and 2019 about the risks inherent in the use of so-called “virtual assets as a means of exchange, as a deposit of value or as another form of investment."

The notice goes on to forbid all unauthorized financial institutions to offer cryptocurrency to the public under threat of penalties.

Additionally, there was a section on the offer of stablecoins (translated):

"In case you decide to use the technological infrastructure of a virtual asset to offer these emission services, you must have the authorization of law that allows the capture and the authorization of the Bank of Mexico to use these assets in the internal operation of institutions. "

The framing of the language appears as if they are open to a stablecoin but if and only if the bank can control the infrastructure and currency itself (to issue it).

A longer statement from the Minister of Finance pointed to existing legislature, the usage of crypto in money laundering, terrorism, corruption, and the need for more identification of electronic transactions, along with 53 other recommendations.

One of the arguments they make is that cryptocurrency cannot be accurately assessed for real value given its lack of acceptability. Could there be some truth to the magnetism videos we're seeing with vaccine victims?

The video below with Dr. Ruby gives insight on the Magnetofection theory, which helps genetic material like DNA, mRNA propagate and infect a cell culture through the use of magnetic fields.

This occurs by combining the concentrated nucleic acids with a magnetic nanoparticles (two reagents, PolyMAG and CombiMAG are offered by Chemicell).

The other thing the process requires is time on a magnetic plate that magnetizes the particles. If magnetofection is really in action here, then one must wonder how the magnetic field is being activated.

As noted by Dr. Ruby, these reagents are not meant to be used for any human applications.

AI Programming Prototype Github Co-Pilot, Breaks Licensing Restrictions on Potentially Billions of Lines of Free & Open Source Code

Github Co-Pilot, a collaboration between Github (Microsoft) and OpenAI was recently announced. This artificial intelligence solution learned from public code available on Github, across a multitude of programming languages and technologies and more importantly, different licensing schemes.

Licenses like the GPLv2 (GNU General Public License) allow others to take your code and create modified or derivative works. There's only one catch, if they decide to distribute their work to the public, it must be offered under the same license.

Of the 41 main cases we singled out during manual labeling, none appear in less than 10 different files. Most (35 cases) appear over a hundred times. Once, GitHub Copilot suggested starting an empty file with something it had even seen more than a whopping 700,000 different times during training -- that was the GNU General Public License.

If Github Co-Pilot was trained on code under GPL licenses, that constitutes a derivative work, even if has been obfuscated by the magic of machine learning. Other licenses, like the MIT license require appropriate attribution.

Github's limited release of this technology built upon free and open source code is a prime example of theft.

I could expect nothing less from Microsoft.

Mozilla Crowdsources a Map Of The World

I'm testing out a few operating systems to recommend as a part of Take Back Our Tech and kept noticing Mozilla's location services in Ubuntu based operating systems.

"Mozilla Location Service (MLS) is an open service, which lets devices determine their location based on network infrastructure like Bluetooth beacons, cell towers and WiFi access points. ... from individuals collecting data, developers using and innovating on top of the service to organizations sharing information about their infrastructure."

Mozilla mapped the world's WiFi access points and cell towers through their Stumbler data collection app (since 2013, but decommissioned earlier this year) and is continuing to do so through any app, browser, or website that uses MLS.

And they didn't even need to hire people to drive cars around like Google!

The Geosubmit API is the main service that handles this.

It collects "information about the publicly observable Wi-Fi access points, cell towers and Bluetooth beacons closest to you. We may also determine your location from your device’s (e.g., computer, phone, tablet) IP address."

The Geolocation service needs at least two nearby networks with a Mac Address to get a lock on your location.

And yes, they didn't ask for permission, instead you were supposed to opt-out by adding nomap to your network name.

I guess by doing this, you can also broadcast your privacy consciousness to your Wi-Fi neighbors.
