Saw your message today about Ulfat bano mam ,sir last 40 days se since I have started doing question practice honestly now I have started to feel and overcome that fear ki agar selection nhi bhi hua toh koi Baat nhi but mujhe woh mehnat krne ki adat lag gayi hai no matter what and honestly apna Kaam karke apna 100% deke I feel calm inside and always look forward to achieve more of my daily goals.
