i keep returning to the tarot as a language of archetypes. the cards act as mirrors to the forces that shape the way we create, believe, and interact with the world. and if crypto had a tarot card it would be The Magician
The Magician sits before a table containing the four elements: the cup, the sword, the wand, and the pentacle. they represent the 4 forces involved in creation: emotion, intellect, will, and matter. above his head is the infinity representing the limitless nature of the mind and the endless potential of creation
one hand points toward the heavens while the other points toward the earth. he stands between the unseen and the seen and between imagination and reality. the Magician understands that creation is not the act of producing something from nothing rather it is the act of taking something that exists and translating it into another form (the alchemical principle that nothing is truly created or destroyed but only transformed)
every civilization, religion, movement, and culture has been built around symbols. a flag is only a piece of fabric yet people see an entire identity, history, and belief system within it. a word is only a collection of sounds yet it can inspire or destroy nations. the power comes from the meaning that consciousness gives to the symbol as it becomes a vessel carrying the emotions, beliefs, memories, and desires of the people who gather around it. once enough attention and meaning and energy are placed into a symbol it becomes powerful

ambition follows the same law of equivalent exchange. every person trying to become something greater is expanding their vessel. but expansion always requires an exchange. you trade your days for mastery, you trade your comfort for growth, and you trade your certainty for possibility. in most cases, unknowingly, you sacrifice friendships, relationships, your health, your youth, and the simple peace of mind that is living without the constant feeling of chasing something more
