Your health is your greatest wealth — protect it, nurture it.

💧 Start your day with water
Rehydrate, boost your metabolism, and flush out toxins with a refreshing glass of water every morning.

Your body repairs and recharges during rest. Aim for 7–9 hours nightly to stay focused and energized.

🏃‍♂️💃 Exercise regularly — move more, sit less
Take breaks to stretch, walk, or dance! Even light movement supports your heart and mind.

🧼 Practice good hygiene
