If they can turn it around that provides us with a blueprint in the West to do the same. But whilst banning abortion is a step in the right direction I'm not sure it's enough, I think bans on contraception will also be necessary reforms if they're going to succeed in using natalist social engineering to restore a replacement birthrate.
