Of course this is ridiculous. Lesbians do well in the UFC because they have a masculine essence. This could be due to conditions in the womb, high testosterone or lack of care in childhood, leading to masculine survival strategies.

Though we are used to bourgeois and feminine forms of domination such as commerce, job titles, social rank and intellect, combat is the primal form of domination. One man's will to dominate the other.

Male homosexuality is fundamentally submissive. Feminine essence. In the act of being penetrated by another, you are their bitch, irreversibly. Hence, huge swaths of gays were raped as children and remain psychologically dominated for life.

I theorise womb conditions, low testosterone, very low social rank and domination by overbearing mothers and sisters also contribute.

A note on gym accessories

1. Lever Belt - absolutely essential and I wish I'd known how much easier and safer they make compound lifts a decade ago.

2. Squatting shoes - the completely flat bottom makes squatting easier. There are cheaper alternatives such as converse trainers.

3. Straps - I have notoriously sweaty hands and poor grip strength so these become useful for big deadlifts and things like dumbbell shrugs. Chalk also works.
