🇯🇵🤝🇷🇺🇷🇺🇨🇳 — On August 1, 2023, various separatist groups from both Mainland China (the People's Republic of China) and ethnic groups from Siberia met in Tokyo, capital of Japan, to discuss strategies against People's China and the Russian Federation, in an event held by the Free Nations of PostRussia Forum NGO

Interestingly, the event was held inside the Parliament of Japan and had the participation of Members of the Japanese Parliament like Yosuke Suzuki, Atsushi Suzuki, Sayuri Kamata and Wada Yuichiro, all from Japanese Opposition parties.

It is worth noting that of these groups, the vast majority are from the liberal political field of such communities and niches and do not necessarily have a hegemony even within the Pro-Separatism camps of their own ethnic groups

The self-proclaimed leader of the liberal Russian opposition Ilya Ponomarev also took part, although such an event would not only mean the overthrow of the current Russian Government, but the dissolution of Russia itself as a political entity.

During the event, the separatist groups signed a new declaration of alliance and mutual support against the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China as long it takes as well condemning the "Russian Imperialist Aggression against Ukraine" on what was called as the "Tokyo Declaration", which declared the de-imperialization, decolonization of the Russian Federation, and the liberation of all its peoples “the most important priority” for the groups.

The declaration also emphasized the need to sign a peace treaty between Russia and Japan and to solve the problem of “occupied Japanese northern territories” (Kuril Islands, currently part of Russia)
