On Aug 30, we're doing another workshop on English articles. The last meeting didn't get recorded, unfortunately. So we will do it one more time! FREE for active community members. If you're not a community member, a fee applies.
I do 3 exercises.
I ask myself 5 questions. I'm gonna show you how you can include these exercises in your own practice routine.
If you seem to know a lot about articles, but you're still confused, join us and make it all clear for yourself.

From the exercise that I did today (I transcribed au adio):
"This process of continuously sorting through the contrast so as to transform the unwanted into what is wanted, means that we are constantly in the process of appreciating what is, while also continuing to create improvement. We let go of the idea that the goal is to get to a place in life where there is an ended-ness; because everything is perfect and there is nothing more to improve upon. We enjoy this game of exploration and change around consistent improvement. We begin living with the attitude of the better it gets, the better it can get."
My practice routine is an infinite process of consistent improvenement.
I appreciate what is, and at the same time, I create improvement every day.

β¬οΈThe focus of the next 2 weeks is going to be βinner stateβ.
The voice message above expands on that.
Applying metacognitive strategies allows you to consciously self- regulate your learning process.
But itβs vital to be able to self-regulate your inner state DURING the learning process and at other important and less important moments in life too.
The ability to self-regulate builds inner confidence that I personally need to create change in my life.
I want to continue learning. This weekend, Iβm attending a seminar on self-regulation.
Maybe someone needs this now too and wants to learn with me.
My mentor speaks Russian, and l Iβll be doing consecutive interpretation because my friends from Europe will be joining too.
This time, Iβm going to be a student. If you speak English or Russian, letβs learn together.
