Part 4 is available. Watch all 4 parts on variety on my YouTube channel
Check out the new Real-Time Video lesson in the Community of Practice. 54 min of pure practice to work on your pitch, learn variety, listen to the chunks, and practice the rhythm of English. Many people say they have about an hour each day to invest in their English skills but they don't really know what they're supposed to be doing during this hour and if their time has been well spent. With Real-time video lessons, all you need to do is press "PLAY" and follow along. You always know in advance how long the lesson will take, and you can plan your time accordingly. Choose the lesson that aligns with your current focus. Each lesson can be repeated in the future, and trust me, each time you will see more.
As you watch my process, pay attention to the nuances, the miniute details, and adjust your practice routine. https://community.nataliatokar.me/c/real-time-video-lessons/practice-variety-how-to-speak-fast-and-still-stress-all-important-words-41-sec-in-54-min

Do this exercise with me.
Seriously, I think that's my best reading so far!!!
Here is what I have noticed:
- I somehow learned to relax while speaking fast (I'm a fast talker by nature), which means I feel like I DO have the time to say each word and give it the time and the attention it deserves even if I continue speaking fast.
- It became so much easier to stress words and syllables
- I read a 19-min piece!!! That's the longest I have done so far, and I didn't get tired
- my benchmark is "to sound like an audiobook". I think I got closer to this goal with this reading
What do I do to practice reading & speaking better:
- I practice my curiosity skills. I'm always on the lookout for BEAUTIFUL passages to read ... and savor them
- I do the exercises from the Color Vowel System
- I do the exercises from the SPRINT! "Thought Chunking & Pausing" again and again. I never get bored.
- I do self-correction exercises. I record myself, listen to myself, and record again. Learning to give feedback to yourself is one of the hardest skills.
The SPRINT! that I suggest you do if your goal is better presentation skills in English, better clarity, better pronunciation, and better understanding of the English rhythm is "Thought Chunking & Pausing"https://courses.nataliatokar.me/courses/sprint-thought-chunking
It's organized as a routine, and having enrolled once, you get access to a limitless pool of creative exercises and routines. It comes with personalized feedback.
