1. The/A/- scientific study of these group dynamics, which work beneath our conscious radar, is transforming our understanding of human nature —>Which article is correct and why?
2. It also forces us to confront some awkward questions about the human condition —> Is ‘human condition' always used with THE?
3. Acknowledging such complexities can be difficult. —> Is it even possible to use such+THe article?
4. Recall the outcry in July 2013 when Rolling Stone depicted on its cover a photograph of Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev looking doe-eyed and tousle-haired and a little too boyish and innocent for many tastes. —> Why no article is used in this case? We thought that the suspect is specific - Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Practice is what you choose to do—even on a bad day. Even on your worst day.
Practice is your never-ending presence with yourself, even when you're hurt, misunderstood, depleted, or confused.
During my pregnancy, I practiced what I teach and preach.
I improved my skills because I went deeper into my practice—and was blessed with clients who wanted to do the same.
I ran my group coaching program.
I continued guiding my private clients towards their ambitious goals.
I wrote in English daily.
I self-corrected my writing. I worked on my accent—no breaks.
I continued making nourishing food for myself, even though I could’ve said, “I’m tired. Let’s order something.”
I kept showing up for my body, and worked out in the ways that were available to me.
This is what practice is.
It’s not about sticking to the rigid curriculum, completing 75 lessons in 2 months, and waiting to be rated.
It’s about staying present with what is moment to moment.
“I can’t run because I’m pregnant. Okay. But what CAN I do to continue my daily workouts and support my body?”
“I can’t write for an hour in English every day. But what CAN I do to improve the clarity of my expression? P.S. We have hundreds of exercises in the community to meet this need.”
“I can’t self-correct my entire speech because this would take forever and demotivate me completely. But what if I can work with only 30 seconds and achieve incredible results?
Really? Only 30 seconds? Yes.
30 seconds of true focus can move you further than an hour of scattered thoughts.
Organizing your practice means owning it.
You decide when, what, and how much.
I can help you choose the what, show you the how, and explain the why—if you need me to.
I teach a very specific method to practice your English so you develop spontaneous speaking mastery.
You no longer need to search for the “what” among random YouTube lessons. I create the exercises that actually work.
You log in. You do the work. Your skills transform.
When you stop trying to escape the present moment and instead drop fully into your practice, it becomes a predictable routine that brings powerful results, often far beyond your expectations.

I always ask new members to DM me and tell their story.
Some people send beautiful messages and stay.
Some send a message and never get back to hear my answer.
Some don’t dare to share…
I want to connect with people who really, really need a better quality of life where better English is a MUST.
These people know that “waiting” is not the right strategy.
They want to act. They just don’t know where exactly to begin and what exactly to invest their time in so they get results.
Before the “what” and the “how”, you need a purpose, which fuels your desire to change things.
♥️ Here is my purpose.
I’m raising a bilingual child.
Before, my purpose was excellence.
I have always been curious and passionate about going “beyond” what’s available.
Then, my purpose naturally shifted to building meaningful relationships with native speakers. I wanted to express the real and authentic ME in English. Not a simplified version of me that was trying to speak correctly.
These relationships and how I show up for them have changed everything in my life.
It simply makes no sense to go back. I want to be more of who I am in any language.
Before, I used to be a fraction of myself, both in English and my first language.
Yes, that’s incredible, but my practice has changed how I speak and show up in my first language too.

Sometimes all you can do is one set at a time. And that’s okay.
As long you do your sets.
As long as you continue the practice.
You change. Times change. Everything changes. Don’t expect your practice to not change. Adapt, Optimize, Innovate: I talk about these three concepts in my free self-study resources.

This is my spontaneous speaking practice today.
I have been sitting with this idea for some time now, and I’m finally ready to share it.
I’ll self-correct later and show you the result
