9. Reliable and meets deadlines
10. Fast internet and good VPN
Requirements:
⁃ Keep track of all the applications
⁃ Follow up with clients (email)
⁃ Make sure team members get paid on time
⁃ Make sure other team members stick to the branding guidelines
⁃ Check the quality of ALL social media designs before they get published
⁃ Transcribe and clean up audio, add subtitles, music and publish it
⁃ Update the website (events, links, acts)
⁃ Communicate with clients (send them links, invoices, reminders, etc)
⁃ Remind me to do STUFF
⁃ Set up email automations
⁃ Write simple emails in English (reminders)
⁃ Actively use AI, chat GPT and all the new available tools but not let it write copy
⁃ Collaborate with video designers who edit my videos (check the quality of work, get their feedback )
⁃ Do the first screening interviews on Upwork (yes, you will need to speak)
⁃ Create simple designs in Canva

⁃ Solve technical problems when they occur by collaborating with the technical team (e.g. Emails land in spam, payment link is broken, online shop doesn’t work properly, website won’t open, etc.)
This is a FULL-time job. You might start with 6 hours/day, but eventually it's gonna be a full-time job.

I don't really teach the English language.
I help you develop your SPEECH in English, which means we're working on developing your second language identity.
Working on your new identity means we're learning a new way of relating to self and others, which boils down to mastering relationships in another language.
Speech and Language are not the same.
You can attend English classes for another 10 years and learn nothing about developing your speech in English.
Your speech is how you express yourself. It's the reflection of your conscious and unconscious thoughts and beliefs.
When you focus on "language" and ignore "speech development", you get stuck at the level where you avoid mistakes and wait for approval.
You're dying to hear "Oh, your English is so great!". At the same time, you have no real friends among native speakers. You feel othered, misunderstood, and unseen.
Let me tell you a secret: Correct English alone will not give you the relationships you crave. Correct English is not the baseline of true connection.
There are so many advanced English speakers who are terrible communicators.
Their priority is being right and correct.
And then there are people whose priority is connection. They will ALWAYS work on improving their English skills because they care about the connection. They want to give the other person the confidence that they're heard, understood, valued, and seen. They don't want to sound confusing, difficult to listen to, or unable to express how they really feel and what they are experiencing moment to moment.
Prioritize connection.
If you do, the quality of your speech and your presence will naturally become your priority.
