Make a decision and stick to it.
The task is to learn to be consistent. To be consistent, you need to know what's correct and what's not. If you don't know, you need to learn to find out the truth, and quickly.
When you know the truth, there is no need to doubt everything you say.
When you know what's right, you don't need anyone's approval.
In a nutshell, you have more confidence. The only reason you're still confused by the words "adult", "either", "detail, or "research" is that you never really checked in with the source. You believed other people who interpreted the source for you.
The rule we never break on the path of getting to native-like fluency: check in with the source, which means "learn directly from the source", and not from subjective interpretations of it.
P.S. When I actually read the Bible (King James Version), I realized the power of learning from the source. All the interpretations of it that I had heard in churches, books, and conversations had nothing to do with what the Bible actually said.

Every day I coach women who feel disconnected from themselves, their sensuality, their bodies, and their feelings. They tell me they want to learn to speak from the heart when they speak in English. They want to be seen and considered. They want to be seen and valued as full expression of their authenticity. Instead, they're pressured to perform like men.
They perform to get that promotion and recognition. They perform so damn well that they lose touch with themselves completely and feel emotionally broken.
They are trained to "communicate with impact" and "bring out the best in people", but everything they say is a lie. IN ANY LANGUAGE.
Learning "specific words to show empathy in English" is not enough if you don't remember how to show empathy without the words.
Asking the right questions and using transformational coaching techniques in correct English is not enough if you don't embody the self-trust, compassion, and presence that you're willing to inspire in others.
You can't support and nourish your team members if you’ve been consistently emotionally malnourished.
Many women I work with are brilliant, competent professionals who are not ready to give up their feminine essence. They can easily be both: strong and vulnerable, structured and intuitive, rational and sensitive. The challenge is to communicate BOTH, especially in a foreign language. Women are usually discouraged to show both. So, every day they wear protective armor. They control their emotions while desperately needing them because a woman’s emotional system is the only true navigation system that exists. They learn to defend themselves when given feedback. They practice coldness in their voice, disconnect in their posture, and lack of attunement in their energy. They learn to speak fast so that others don't think they have nothing to say. They don't speak up when they sense that something is wrong. They suppress their hunches, anger, and insight. They no longer know how to show that they care. Instead, they use a “perfect feedback formula” and “useful business vocabulary” to express their unmet expectations.
And now they're seen as cold, arrogant, emotionLESS bitches who care only about their promotion. Now they feel even more confused and disconnected from themselves.
The solution: I haven’t yet met a single person whose consciousness was not woken up by the truth of a woman’s heart. To help others hear your heart, you need to speak form the heart, not from the head. Unfortunately, women are not taught to speak their truth, to connect words with their breath, to FEEL what they say and read, or to listen with their eyes closed and their hearts open. There is a way to say what you mean so that your feelings are considered and your truth is heard. Start practicing in any language. This skill is universal, but you will need slightly different words to express yourself in English and in your first language. This can absolutely be practiced. I demonstrate this skill EVERY day, during EVERY session with men and women whom I coach. They keep asking me: “How do you know so quickly what to say…?”
The truth is that I just know. I don’t prepare my words in advance. I prepare myself. Every day I take care of my own emotions. I name them, I learn to understand them. I am guided by them. This shows in my voice, my energy, and my message.
If you’re a woman reading this, I want you to know that you’re not “too much”. Your emotions are not “too intense”. The intensity of how you feel is a gift that can drive genuine connection. Instead, many are shamed for feeling so intensely. They’re called “emotional” and are asked to “control themselves”. You have natural gifts that you’re probably not using in your communication.

As a woman, you can sense what’s hidden. Putting this in words is a skill that can be practiced.
As a woman, you can move like water. You are a force that is all-encompassing. When they ask you to focus on ONE thing, they’re asking you to shut down a part of yourself. You do as you’re told, but you disagree. The truth is that you can easily give your nourishing energy to many.
As a woman, you have a need to express yourself. If you struggle with expression, if your expression is met with rejection or disapproval, you suffer. Instead of learning to “act cool”, you can inspire change around you by communicating how you feel, both in English and in your first language. It doesn’t matter in what language you begin the practice. You’re not disordered. You’re highly sensitive, intense, and ultra-aware.
Women have been taught to suppress their nature and celebrate emotionless performance. I want to encourage women to use their gifts to enhance their performance and nurture their relationships with people because I see how many of them suffer from the inability to express their hearts and the pressure to pretend that they’re doing alright.
This doesn’t mean giving up your ambition, losing control, or making less money. In fact, it means making a lot more money because your insight is irreplaceable. Everyone wants a wise woman who is in touch with herself on their team.
If you FEEL what I’m taking about, please leave a comment (any comment) or send a DM to let me know that you feel this too. I am willing to share something special with women only. I’ll be honored to share it with you.

Be like water. Whatever shape the water takes, it remains true to itself. It's still water.
Women are naturally gifted at moving like water.

Now, let me share with my thoughts on coaching.
If you know that you will need 1 or 2 years to practice the skill to see significant improvement, how do you plan your expenses?
Do you buy a course?
Or is it better to work with a coach? If the coach is expensive, how do you plan your investments?
