If you wait for it to be easy to start, you will quit again as soon as it gets hard (and it will).

It you can do it when it’s hard, you can keep going no matter what.

So, you might start when it’s hard. The more you wait, the longer your new results will take.
Mistakes that native speakers notice. Check yourself. How many mistakes did you spot?

Don't try to look for mistakes. Read each sentence out loud to yourself, and you will hear that some of them sound off. Then look deeper.

If you can't see or hear mistakes yet, join the community of practice and take your English skills to the next level.

You will find many, many exercises to finally master the English tenses, the articles, and the art of speaking with clarity in English, even when you must be spontaneous.

Everyone in the community receives feedback on their work.

It's designed for immigrants, advanced-level English students, ESL teachers, and everyone who dares to ask for more than what's out there. It's a place to develop mastery and concentration.

Students often say they practice until they get to “perfection”.

This is an impossible task. They get exhausted.

Instead, honor the rule of iterations and know your number. You need to know when the exercise is going to begin and when it’s going to end.

I know I am going to do 3 rounds, 10 reps each. When I’ve done 30 reps, the exercise has been completed. Otherwise, I’d spend all day in the gym trying to perform a perfect burpee.

Instead, I will come back tomorrow for another round 😉and I’ll enjoy it.

"Practice makes perfect" is not the whole truth.

When you practice the same thing incorrectly, it becomes a strong habit, a bad habit that will be very difficult to break.

Practice mindfully. Ask for feedback. Welcome feedback. It's not about doing the same thing 50 times a day forever. It's about learning to do this ONE thing better and correcting the course as often as necessary.

This ONE thing will eventually change MANY things, including your capacity to learn.

Join the community and get access to this pronunciation course and human feedback.

I’ll be inviting more coaches from the 21Accents team to give feedback to the most active members. Even if you’re not attending LIVE sessions with Alex, you’ll get feedback from a professional accent coach if you put in the work.
