Я дам структуру и массу примеров (включая мое резюме). Если у вас сложная профессия, если у вас нет опыта, если вы не видите свои достижения, если вы меняете род деятельности, если не знаете, как переделать шаблон hh под международный стандарт, приходите. Поверьте, не бывает невозможных резюме. Структура подходит всем, даже если у вас мало опыта (меньше 3 лет).

Relationship coaches tell women that it's in their power to boost a man's confidence.
Women are encouraged to support a man, to appreciate a man, to let him know that he's useful and needed in their life. You can only truly know a man when you see a confident version of him.
When a man gains confidence, it enhances all his qualities, both positive and negative. If a man genuinely wants to provide for a woman, once he feels confident to do so, he will do the best he can to provide containment for his woman. If a man secretly wants to have many women, as soon as he gains confidence, he will openly date many women because that will make him feel more powerful.
Women are being told to boost a man's confidence to improve their relationships, but they are not being told how to see what kind of man they're dealing with. If they can see the true nature of a man, they will also know what confidence will do to this man.
I work with a lot of men. Most of my premium clients are men.
I know that men LOVE it when you boost their confidence because they can become more of who they are. Whether we are conscious of it or not, we influence people around us and the way they feel, even though men need to place their confidence on things that can’t be taken away by others.
What I've learned is that a man needs to be seen, appreciated, and needed for what he actually is, not for what he is not.
A man doesn’t want to be needed for something that he does not excel at any more than the woman who is trying to boost his confidence.
A man needs to serve his purpose, and he needs to feel confident to do so.
Basically, my point is that many women lie when they try to encourage men around them. They praise them NOT for what these men are, but rather for what they need men to be.
And that creates conflict in relationships.

Спасибо всем за работу вчера и отдельное спасибо Марине за смелость и то, что помогла продемонстрировать для всех участников, как идет работа над Executive Summary.

Всего 4 сессии (еще 3.02, 7.02, 10.02)
SPRINT означает короткую дистанцию и понятную траекторию. Мы работаем только над резюме на английском. Кому-то нужно обновить, кому-то создать заново.
Структура подходит всем: если вы меняете сферу деятельности, если вы менеджер среднего/высшего звена, если вы только начали свою карьеру, или если вы фрилансер, и резюме вам нужно для привлечения клиентов, а не для поиска работы.
Даже если вы не ищете работу, это прекрасное упражнение, чтобы научиться понимать свою роль в отношениях с клиентами и работодателем, свой талант, свою ценность, свои амбиции и ограничения. Естественно, мы все это хотим научиться передавать в речи. Это и есть business communication skills, а не пособия со списками фраз про переговоры.
Есть всего 4 места для индивидуальной работы. Если вы были вчера, индивидуальная работа происходит так, как мы вчера работали с Мариной.
4 сесии в группе и 10 часов индидуальных консультаций в любое время по договоренности (до 28.02.2022)
