Вот такое сообщение пришло мне от моего доброго знакомого, профессора Мехди Маджиди из Американского университета в Париже:
Following our agreement with GRUNI, we are opening a center for sustainability at their campus and need a manager to coordinate our relationship and make sure the projects are moving as planned so that I am not depending entirely on the GRUNI team. In short, representing our interest since I am not there all the time. Also, to take care of logistics for me when I am visiting. A person with good English, organizational skills and result-driven oriented.
The counterpart team members are all PhDs and professors and projects are both academic and professional. So, some level of education, in order to use similar vocabulary, is required but not necessarily specific diploma.
Professional experience is more important to coordinate and being results oriented is essential. As for working hours, we can start part time and see how the relationship works. Hours are relatively flexible.
Attending important meetings is required but many tasks can be completed online. When needed visiting the campus in Tbilisi to interact with GRUNI team members to keep them on schedule.
Paying attention to marketing of our company and our project in GE and managing social media initiatives in GE. Both in English and Georgian.
As for the compensation, I guess local market value at the beginning and we are willing to offer at the higher end of the market value if the performance is above satisfactory.
Ideally, I will meet with the selected candidates during at the beginning of my visit.
