If you attended the class on Friday, one of the things I mentioned was that I was getting a little more aggressive on MARA, COIN and BITO over the long weekend in anticipation that Bitcoin could have a jump over the long weekend.

Right now, we’re getting some momentum so I’m watching this closely to see if Monday continues the action or pulls it back below $52K.

If we get a soft Monday, I’ll roll the positions to make them a little longer term (still optimistic for BTC to hit $55k before end of month). If we get another nice bounce tomorrow and open Tuesday with Bitcoin 53k+ then I’ll take profits right away and expect a little pullback during the regular trading action to jump back in.

Just wanted to give you a heads up on plan of action, hope you’re enjoying the weekend!

So far our SMCI short is looking pretty good. Let's hope it can keep falling this week! Keep an eye on NVDA earnings as that may have an impact on the sentiment of SMCI.

Still have my LONG jump trades on DKNG, TSLA and COIN which are looking a little "meh" right now, so I am curious if any of those can flip the script this week.

Woah, MARA getting rocked today. Ouch!

Sorry, I have to blur most of this out to be fair to members and not give away our plays, but one nice thing about the "Dividends Forever" approach is that it's a lot more resilient to these red days.

My more aggressive trades are having a tough day, but my Dividends Forever portfolio is break even (actually up a few bucks on the day).

I am not yet predicting a major correction, but I do think if the market weakens, we'll see more people move to safety with these strong dividend stocks and an overall market headwind could become a tailwind for this portfolio.

Meanwhile, if the market stays hot, we keep doing well in everything else and keep getting paid pure, passive income in Dividends Forever which is why I like being positioned this way.

With the markets soft right now, the "Profit Pairs" strategy is one of my favorites.

We should get a really nice bounce across the board today on the back of HUGE Nvidia earnings.

Two things I want to mention about this:

1. This is why I keep saying I won't be bearish until we get confirmation of a bearish move no matter how "overbought" or "toppy" the market looks.

2. The narrative of our economy is that it's not nearly as strong as the stock market would have us believe. Inflation is still high, people are still struggling to buy homes, etc. I agree with this narrative; however, I am not sure it matters if companies continue to generate record earnings. This may just be the new normal, but time will tell.

Did anyone do the covered call earnings play I shared last week on COIN?

With the markets as volatile as they've been, I am leaning into that strategy more and more. I did it again with SQ yesterday and it's ripping too.

I especially love doing these on Thursdays where the market only has ONE day to move before expiration so my opportunity is kind of "boxed in" vs having to fight all week.

Next time a good earnings play like this pop up, I will try to do a live trade room and show you exactly how I am doing this!

Speaking of things I am loving...

The last week of chaos has reminded me how much I LOVE having my "Dividends Forever" portfolio rocking. It's been so steady not to mention the passive income rolling in.

I am going to do a FULL dividends workshop on Monday where I explain my process and give away about 10 dividend tickers I like.

Alright folks, I’ve got an important question for my trading family… and I need your feedback.

My wife and I are expecting our 7th baby next month.

Unfortunately, that means buying yet another new car. We have an inside joke that every time we buy a new car to fit the latest kid, we get pregnant again and have to upgrade 9 months later... It’s less of a joke and more of a reality at this point.

So now, I’m forced to take the full plunge and get a big van for the whole family and actually have some extra seats for once.

That’s where your opinion comes in.

I’m debating between buying a new 12 passenger van like a Mercedes Sprinter… ORR buying a little older cargo style van (aka empty metal van with no seats or anything in it) and customizing it from the ground up with luxury seats that can swivel around so the kids can face each other, a tv in the back and so on.

Can you think of a more important Saturday question than this?! 😂
