A good habit is to pick one sunnah and make it into a regular habit in your daily life. it could be nafl prayers/fasting, daily recitation of Quran, seeking knowledge, helping others, napping, smiling at others, charity or any good thing the prophet ﷺ did during his time.
“Awliya are like flowers, who have their differences in beauty, differences in fragrance. But they all come from the same place, which is Allah’s garden of flowers.”

[ Sayyidil Habib Umar bin Hafiz ]
When Sidi Muhammad ibn al-Habib's driver passed away, he asked his students to find him a new one. After some days a student came to him and said, 'I know a really good driver but he isn't really someone you'd get along with.' The shaykh asked him why so he replied, 'He's an alcoholic who lives in a brothel.' What would most of us think? How disgusting! What a terrible and evil Muslim! The Shaykh immediately said, 'He is the one I want. Bring him...'

When the shaykh met him, he simply said, 'I just have one rule - don't drink around me or whilst serving because I hate the smell of alcohol.' The man agreed and was blessed to accompany the shaykh everywhere he went daily. Sometimes mawlids, other times zikr and salawat gatherings, nashids with tea, lessons... suddenly the man's hearte started to open but he still lived in the brothel. One day, he knocked the door of the shaykh with tears in his eyes and said, 'Time has gone by and I haven't touched a bottle. I've not missed Salah...I even prayed in the brothel out of shyness before Allāh. I've had enough. I want to give it all up. Can I live with you and accompany you?' The shaykh took him in and the rest is history... he repented, became from the close students of the shaykh and turned to that life again. This story was mentioned by Peter Sanders in Meeting with Mountains.

That's what happens when you don't give up on people. That's the importance of good company. That's why Allāh ordered us to be those who are truthful with Allāh. The best speech is not long-winded talks and preaching - it is through good character, mercy and kindness. Guidance for some takes a minute. For others it takes years or even a life time. Never lose hope in anyone no matter how far they may seem, how they look or what sins they are stuck in.
‎[ WALAUPUN SEKADAR SENYUM ]

"Allahumma bihaqqi ahli 'arofah wabihaqqi shoim ahli 'arofah laa tahrimni tsawaba arofah."
من قاله كُتب له مثل أجر الحاج والصائم.
Barangsiapa yang membacanya di hari Arofah, maka dia akan mendapatkan pahala orang yang melakukan ibadah haji dan puasa hari Arofah.
Allah has protected us from so many things we didn't even know about and He has blessed us with so many things we didn't even pray for. Alhamdulilah
After a sin, the devil wants us to lose hope and walk away from Allah. Allah wants us to have hope in his mercy and come back.

The choice is ours.
“Don’t talk to people about three affairs; Your sins, your good deeds and your hardships & sufferings.”

— Sufyan al-Thawri | Hilyat al-Awliya
We plan so much, and Allah plans more than us.
Semua akan meninggalkanmu kecuali Allah. Kerana Allah selalu bersamamu. Maka serahkan sepenuhnya kepada Allah. 🤍
The real test of patience is not to question why to God, but to accept life as it comes and thank him for what he has decided for us.
Sometimes little things in life happen and really shows you that every second of our life is written by Allah.
One of the greatest tricks of shaytan is to make u feel like u don’t deserve to do good deeds after committing sins, but no matter how deep u fall, don’t let go of the good deeds u do, one day they’ll make u stronger to fight off the sins, but if u let that go, you’ll lose urself
‎مكتوب

‎ “ It can be in the palm of your hands, but still not written for you.”
At times you think your life is hard and then you listen to people going through hardships in every part of their lives and being tested with more than one thing and you realize that your one test in life is nothing compared to the struggles of so many other people. Alhamdullilah for what Allah has chosen to test me with, because had it been any other part of my life. I don’t think I would’ve been able to bear those pains. And Allah truly knows what we are capable of carrying and what would’ve been too much for us.
At the end of it all, everything will fall into place just the way it was meant to be, the journey doesn’t always make sense, but its Allah guiding the way, he will make it all worth it ❤️
A reminder to myself that nothing and no one belongs to us, and that everything is rightfully His and we will all return to Him.
