1.Fix the problem that the 4G and 5G signal icons become huge in some Stock Android Rom

The theme is compatible with the customized of Android 14（about Android 14 QPR2 Beta1.1）

Precautions:
1.This PUI theme is developed based on Pixel devices and theoretically supports all Stock Android built based on AOSP. However, the adaptation coverage for some highly customized Stock Android may not be complete.
