66歲女性施打第二劑 #AZ 後罹患 肺外結核病
患者施打第二劑後第三天出現注射同側的鎖骨上淋巴結腫大不退，超音波檢查發現更多處淋巴結腫大，左鎖骨上淋巴結融合。電腦斷層則發現氣管旁、右肺門、膈膜前區、左胃、門靜脈周圍、胃網膜、主動脈旁等多處高代謝淋巴結。淋巴結取樣採檢後，確診為肺外結核病。
作者表示，實驗性針劑內的「刺突蛋白可能誘發亞臨床的結核病」

對於新冠實驗針劑所引起的較長時間淋巴腫大，作者建議也要考慮結核病的可能。超音波或電腦斷層可以早期發現與診斷。
