根据辉瑞（Pfizer）自己的文件，孕妇的研究案例不被包含在所有的 Covid-19 疫苗试验记录当中。因此，这个紧急授权使用（Emergency Use Authorization- EUA ）是在零数据，即无数据的情况下，直接对孕妇进行的。

根据辉瑞自己的内部文件显示，在接种疫苗的女性当中，有 270 名女性在后来怀孕上了。其中，234项案例的记录已经丢失不知去了哪里，已经不见了。从法律上而言，辉瑞公司必须密切关注这些试验案例的结果，包括必须去研究了解对怀孕的影响、及婴儿的出生和健康状况。

但是，在所有这 234 项案例，其结果是未知的。目前尚不清楚她们的状况如何。在有成功追踪到妊娠足月的36例个案，当中有 28 例婴儿死亡。

美国法院命令美国食品药品监督管理局 （FDA） 和辉瑞公司必须定期向公众披露的文件。该文件信息来自辉瑞的报告。FDA 使用该报告来对 Covid-19疫苗紧急授权使用（EUA）进行批准。

FDA 要求以75 年的期限来公布整个文件档案，但是法院下令必须在今年内完成公布。
