Mass vaccination of population of all ages CANNOT induce HERD IMMUNITY

Base on basic principle of immunology and evolutionary biology, Mass Vaccination will promote IMMUNE ESCAPE.

2 major issues of Mass Vaccination:

1. Generate breeding ground for more infectious variant/ strains, infectivity rate goes up, virus become more resistant to vaccine-induced antibody. We have underestimated the evolution of virus to escape from incomplete immune response by this mass vaccination.

2. Interference with our previous innate immune system. Innate immunity can produce antibody and cells (natural killer) that can recognise almost all variants of viruses that shared the same glycan. Once our innate immunity is suppressed by the vaccine, it will prevent the population from developing herd immunity.
