We urge you to always first login to your MyTopExchange account and open an order before sending money to our bank account.
From your order, you would see the Transaction ID, which should be included in the Comment/Remarks section of your bank App before transferring Naira funds to us.
If you don't to include this Transaction ID in your payment to us, you would end up suffering delays in the funding of your account as you would make it difficult for us to track your payment and credit your account.

Dear clients,

This morning, our Deriv Payment Agent account was blocked by Deriv support, because of a customer who complained to them for delay in payout to his bank account after sending USD to us.

This customer did not follow the right withdrawal process of initiating the automated withdrawal from his MyTopExchange account dashboard, but manually sent the USD funds(15USD) from inside his Deriv account, hence couldn't get automatic payout to his bank account, as our Deriv funding/withdrawal run fully on automatic mode since April 2020.

The client didn't call/contact us on any of our support channels for us to refund is $15 manually, but chose to complain to Deriv support that we are trying to scam him by not paying to his bank account. And, Deriv decided to block our account, thereby affecting many other innocent customers.

We take this issue seriously, and we are trying to resolve the issue with Deriv support.

And as a company with integrity, this morning, we have taken the decision to henceforth block any user from using our website/services, based on giving wrong complaints/information to Deriv, that results in them (Deriv) blocking our Payment Agent account.

Now the action of one person, has resulted in the misfortune of many others, and thus giving our company a bad name. This is the same reason we stopped exchange of Skrill, Neteller, Payoneer & PayPal funds.

If you have any issues with Deriv funding/withdrawals, you can always contact us first to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
