When people got love and happiness from others, they returned the same love and happiness to them. When people got sorrow and pain from others they returned the same pain and sorrows by saying this man hurted me so why should i forgive him. The world gave me pain so I will take revenge. I will go to any extend to prove myself.
But lord Ram was the one and only person who returned happiness to all, even though the world and its people gave him sorrows and pain only. Shri Ram reacted to each sorrows with a smile in his face and courage in his mind. Never lost his sanity of mind even in harsh situations.
There were even dire situations in his life which no one else could face with the same mental strength as lord Ram faced it. We will never see lord Ram complaining about anything in his life even though he had millions of things for complaining. We will never see lord Ram saying that a particular person is cruel. Rather may it be ravan, vali or megnaad he even saw good in them. Ram found goodness in all creatures, even in the case of the evilest person and talked only good about them. To love, respect and show kindness even to enemies was the hallmark of Ram's character. One simple question. Have you ever seen Ram cursing someone? No. He never cursed anyone in his life.
When most men falsely identified manliness or masculinity with amount of warriors killed by them, great weapons possessed by them, number of wives they had, area conquered by them, to make all obey what they say, make wife dance to his tunes and show unnecessary anger even in silly situations. It was only Ram who presented the world that masculinity is not getting anger within a second but to be cool even in dire situations with a smile on face. Masculinity is not about conquering all, possessing weapons, killing those who opposed you, bossing on wife and all rather masculinity is raising weapon only to protect the life of others, to protect the honour of women and to establish dharma.
Unmatched patience, tolerance, mercy, forgiveness, selflessness, love, sacrifice, compassion and positivity are the words which define Lord Ram.
Ram is far far beyond pain, sorrows, revenge, identity crisis etc. We will never see Ram succumbing to anything in his life.
The most important message that lord Ram gave through his life is that - a man can walk through dharma even when all others did adharm to him. A man can return happiness even to people who gave him sorrows. No external force can affect a man's mental strength. When all other epic characters and heroes can be related to physical strength, Ram stands separate from the crowd of other heroes and gods and presents physical strength along with unmatched mental strength.
Words may count less to express my adoration for Him but yes one thing is the ultimate truth अगनित भुवन फिरेउँ प्रभु राम न देखेउँ आन।। I searched and searched many universes but was unable to find another Lord Ram. Everything in this world is replaceable and has compeers but Ram is just one, only one, no one above, no one equal and no one even capable to be compared with Him.
have always felt that, Lord Ram is that masculinity which no other man can never ever dream of attaining.
