found a post on tumblr that basically goes "well the plot is confusing and somewhat nonsensical myth wise but hey the animation's pretty" and the animation is. well it's not bad, it's just not particularly impressive either

sun setting has a few scenes that'll probably be set up while stefan and miroslav are sharing a room and now all i can think about is that while they're having a nice getting closer moment somewhere nearby aigul, solovei and ivan are about to murder eachother or someone from the rest of the party because they're the kinda people that would not share a space like that with these people specifically

aigul i fear probably sleeps most of the story sitting down somewhere
