Heard 630 acres of land is finalized near Myhome Tridasa for Kollur IT Sez. Not sure, how far it is true, but if it were real, then it would benefit all Tridasa buyers. The price could easily touch 7k+.

Prices have increased. Tower 1-5, 6200 per sft.. new towers 6300 per sft.

Does anyone know the current price of Tridasa..?

One small gated community is going to be started in the silpa layout behind Ankura Villas site..they are planning to keep at 5500 per sft.

Final tower - 9 launched at 6600 per sft. Towers 1-5 @6500 per sft

6600 per sft is still a good price as the zicon few kms away is at 7600 per sft. And Tridasa is near to new hitech City and Orr..!
