BTC WEEKLY UPDATE ✨✨✨
The BTC balance sheet tool shows a 61% bullish and a 39 % bearish bi-weekly ratio. It also shows a 51% daily bullish and 49 % bearish daily ratio. Aside, the hourly ratio was bearish, with 80 % registered in the last four hours. Therefore the bears have already positioned funds as they look forward to the stimulus package approval at the congress level. So overall, they will be investing more in Bitcoin as the market gets saturated with dollars.

Today and tomorrow is China's Spring Festival and later today we have Japan's National day - the markets are expected to have very thin liquidity.
This will cause more fish (with funds in millions instead of billions) to be able to jump in and shake/manipulate the markets and cause unexpected movements that may or may not align with the news and/or market sentiment.
Having this in mind, we will be cautious with any trade set up.

Global Macro Analysis: BTC like GOLD 👑
Most economies are slowly recovering from the Covid-19 crisis. And just as it was after the 2008 financial crisis, when the price of gold increased consistently as the U.S. pumped more dollars into the economy to wade off deflation pressures.
Between 2009 and 2011, CPI spiked, reaching the peak level of 4 %. This led to a consistent increase in the price of gold. Today, the pattern is repeating itself as the world economies recover from lockdowns.
The United States is about to release over $1.9 trillion stimulus package into the market, which means that we will be going through the same situation we experienced in 2009-2011. So we expect to have too many U.S. dollars chasing the scarce BTC in a few days to come.
Also, we expect CPI to spike and thus traders that will put their money in BTC will rip big as the United States and other world economies get out of their way to try to support their economies.

The market is still building up as all eyes are cast on Congress’ additional $1.9 Trillion relief package, which is expected to move to the House budget committee any time from now. This bill’s passing is important even though it is almost half the amount the former president Donald Trump package of $4 trillion, which was intended to help the economy recover. The money was intended to save the country from the impact of the pandemic which is bigger than the havoc caused by the Great Depression of 1930’s.
On Friday last week, the US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen urged The G7 Finance leaders to provide the economies’ physical support to recover. She told them that it was time governments increased their spending.
On the industrial front, the US is expected to release data on industrial production and sales. The figures are already showing that despite the pandemic, the economy got off strongly in the first month of 2021. Also, the figures for jobless claims will be released on Thursday to point to the economy’s direction. Elsewhere, the labor market has suffered much and will remain sluggish despite president Biden’s proposal for a $1.9 trillion recovery package. In fact, it demonstrates that the package is valid.
On the other hand, everybody is waiting for the Federal Reserve policy meeting minutes, which should be released this Wednesday.
