Built a small automation this week ๐๐ค
Ever plug in a USB drive and forget to copy the files over? ๐พ
Well, I fixed that for good. โ
I put together a little Windows setup that watches for any USB drive getting plugged in and instantly backs up its contents to my PC โ no clicking, no remembering, just plug and it's done. ๐
How it works: โ๏ธ
A PowerShell script quietly listens in the background for USB events. ๐ฅ
The moment it detects one, it triggers a batch script. ๐
That script copies everything into a timestamped backup folder using
