What it is
Mutuum’s P2P lane lets users lend and borrow directly on higher-volatility tokens while keeping the core protocol protected. It’s a space for calculated, higher-risk plays without touching pooled markets.

Dedicated markets for long-tail tokens
Assets like PEPE or SHIB live in isolated P2P deals, not shared pools. Each deal locks funds in its own smart-contract vault, so volatility in one agreement doesn’t spill over into the rest of the ecosystem.

Set your own terms
Lenders and borrowers agree up front on asset, size, collateral type, target collateral ratio, duration, and fixed APR. Pricing is validated by oracles; if a position weakens, the contract can trigger protections automatically.

Built to complement P2C
Use P2C for instant liquidity on mainstream assets; choose P2P for bespoke, fixed-term deals or tokens that don’t fit pooled markets. Together they deliver flexibility with clear, segmented risk.
