A liquidation happens when a borrower’s Stability Factor falls below a threshold — meaning their collateral no longer covers the loan.

🚨 Flagging the Position
When this happens, the system flags the position for liquidation. This applies to both P2C and P2P lending, keeping risk under control.

🛠 Role of Liquidators
Liquidators repay debt and get collateral at a discount. Since loans are overcollateralized, the risk is low if they act quickly.

✅ How to Avoid It
Borrowers can avoid liquidation by adding more collateral or repaying debt before hitting the threshold. The system stays safe through solid risk rules.
